[Bug 254173] pkgbase: installing FreeBSD-clang clang and FreeBSD-lld doesn't pull all dependencies necessary to actually compile and link programs

closing this because:

- clang now depends on libcompiler_rt-dev, which provides libgcc.

- we don't really want clang to depend on clibs-dev.  for users who want to
compile software, the right approach (since 15.0) is to install the
FreeBSD-set-devel package.
