Log files attached. I used some of my FreeBSD guest snapshots in VirtualBox.

For a patch level upgrade from 14.3p3:

- 268 of 269 are 14.3p3 -> 14.3p7
- FreeBSD-clibs-lib32 is 14.snap20251203030735 -> 14.3p7.

For the most recent patch level upgrade:

- 269 of 269 are 14.3p6 -> 14.3p7.

Whilst the upgrade of all RELEASE base packages is not optimal, I'm
fairly certain that it is expected for 14.3.

I did read an explanation somewhere, probably from Colin Percival, for
things being more refined with 15.

(I can't recall how the 14.snap20251203030735 crept in to this
particular test machine. Can't be bothered to look back at what I might
have been doing around the 3rd of December.)
