FreeBSD-dtb is still being built (for arm/arm64 and maybe riscv I
haven't checked) so you must have done something wrong.

iirc we never had a syscons package, only syscons-data which I created
in 27a7ae0ce00fbd6ab6e76e6dd3c51eadefff6f12
