https://www.freshports.org/ports-mgmt/pkg/ shows the following as having
2.8.4 :

FreeBSD:1[456]:latest for aarch64,amd64
FreeBSD:14:latest for i386

(armv7 for 1[45] latest is back at 2.2.2 since armv7 is not being built,
14 quarterly also showing 2.2.2 . FreeBSD:1[45]:quarterly are back at
2.7.5 for aarch64 and amd64. i386 14 quarterly too. Anything else with a
version listed predates 2.0 .)

No distribution servers seem to have their side of the rwhich
implementation enabled/published at this time.
