witr output of too-long running pkg-devel from cron daily

pkg-devel runs from cron simultaneously 9 hours and 7 hours
witr output [ how to submit as jpg? } [ paste as .txt includes 
  extra formatting very diffucult to remove suitably  for
   readability here.  see thread in forums?  

one of the two files

  7hour *.txt
attached.

The two processes run about 10 hours before finishing and delivering to root's
mailbox
heavy CPU usage as per the CPU meter in the dock.

Two simultaneous same-instance crons
Not answered in the forums so far.
