[Bug 260582] ports-mgmt/pkg: spurious self-reinstallation on conflict?

I am closing this bug because ports-mgmt/pkg has been updated from 1.17.5 to
2.6.2, a major version jump. The pkg solver has undergone significant changes
since the reported spurious self-reinstallation behavior. The issue was
specific to the old solver and is very likely resolved in the current version.
