FYI:
For the reproduce steps sequence, to make it not(?) reproduce try the
variation:
3.alt: pkg install -r FreeBSD-ports -n ffmpeg
and:
5.alt: pkg install -r FreeBSD-ports ffmpeg
Those "-r FreeBSD-ports" usages are possibly alternatives to disabling
FreeBSD-base explicitly as things are.
Even if not, if the result is any different then the details might be of
interest.
