If    pkg repos -e    shows a url ending with
     base_latest
then why does pkg-upgrade(8) appear to use a different url? Containing
     base_release_0

The two transcripts attached were attempts to upgrade from 14.3 to 16.0.

For the second attempt: I edited the fingerprints line, and used pkg 2.5.1.
