135arm64-quarterly is built by ampere1 as stands. ampere1
is still having crash problems (that have been going on
since late on 2025-Apr-21 UTC or so) and last crashed/failed
on 2026-Jan-09 (UTC) sometime and has not been visibly
operational since then.

One can not even access ampere1's historical port-package
build logs via https://pkg-status.freebsd.org/ --or other
such that would involve communication with ampere1.
