Other than for pkg.conf still not having been updated,
the other man page documentation has been committed for
https://github.com/freebsd/pkg/issues/2649 .

I've added a reminder there for pkg.conf also needing
to be updated to not indicate:

# Configuration options -- default values.
. . .
#CASE_SENSITIVE_MATCH = false;
