Look again at the pages and the prior 2 failed builds
(most recent to oldest), with my notes added:

The bottom "Showing 1 to 10 of 37,164 entries" is
not the same thing, despite both using the terminology
"queued", a poor/confusing presentation choice. Most
of the port packages have already been built (see
9a9cbb37913d and d1f407b76f7a below).

The two prior "sigterm:" builds built far more
before being manually stopped. Note that these do have
the two queued figures in agreement, as is normal
when a bulk -ca (or otherwise from-scratch) build
starts (instead of a bulk -a after prior builds,
which is incremental).
