sorry I missed/forgot this bug, I will look into it, imho this is not trivial
to fix, simply removing -R will not fix the situation, because of pkgbase, I
would need more time to find a proper solution, imho we should maybe have
something dedicated for ports which is not the same as status-pkg that ports
only people could activate.
