When /etc/ssl/openssl.cnf is modified to enable the OpenSSL legacy provider
(see attached patch), certain pkg commands, like "pkg update" and "pkg
upgrade," terminate with a segmentation fault and dump core:
# pkg update
Updating FreeBSD repository catalogue...
FreeBSD repository is up to date.
All repositories are up to date.
Child process pid=86382 terminated abnormally: Segmentation fault
