libidn was updated the 2025-03-24 and now, amavis / spamassasin won't start
because :

fetch_modules: error loading required module Net/LibIDN.pm:
  Can't load
'/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/mach/5.36/auto/Net/LibIDN/LibIDN.so' for module
Net::LibIDN: /usr/local/lib/libidn.so.12: version LIBIDN_1.0 required by
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/mach/5.36/auto/Net/LibIDN/LibIDN.so not defined
at /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.36/mach/DynaLoader.pm line 206.


rebuilding dns/p5-Net-LibIDN fix the issue.
