cad/Slic3r(-devel) x11-toolkits/p5-Wx

I've bump version of p5-Opengl to 0.70 for avoiding segmentation fault during
using layers in slic3r gui. Also I set cad/Slic3r to latest release from 2018
and cad/Slic3r-devel to master.
