I am closing this bug as obsolete. The LTO build failure was specific to
LLVM_DEFAULT=90, which is no longer the default (now 19). arrowd asked in
October 2024 whether this is still relevant, and received no response.
LibreOffice is now at 26.2.1.2, far beyond the reported 7.3.3.2. jakub_lach
confirmed the issue was resolved in libreoffice 7.4.0.3.
