I am closing this bug as obsolete. The password-protected file issue was
reported against LibreOffice 7.4.0.3, and peo confirmed it appeared FreeBSD
12.3-specific (it worked on 13.1-STABLE). FreeBSD 12.3 is end-of-life, and
LibreOffice is now at version 26.2.1.2. No activity since September 2022.
