[Bug 262266] editors/libreoffice fails to find kf5-config or headers

I am closing this bug as obsolete. The reported issue with KF5 header paths
(kconfig_version.h) affected editors/libreoffice 7.3.0.3 with KF5 5.91.0 back
in March 2022. Both packages have received numerous updates since then, and the
header path reorganization identified by Trond.Endrestol has been addressed in
subsequent releases. There has been no activity on this bug for over 4 years.
