Only one reason to get this error --- somewhere in build settings lost
-DFREEBSD from CXXFLAGS, socket.cxx have corresponding guard

#ifdef FREEBSD
#include <netinet/ip.h>
#endif

However, I still unable to reproduce this error using aarch64 builds 15.0S,
15.0R, 14.3R in poudriere
