Replace 'buf' with 'path' to size check the proper variable after 1.88 was
renaming it

1.88 renamed buf to path in  in
boost/dll/detail/posix/program_location_impl.hpp but then checks buf's size
still. I initially brought this up in  bug #287255, comment #1.
