Under mate-1.28.2 when using the file window for caja-1.28.0 if a libreoffice
type file is selected then libreoffice only opens that file for the first
instance.  Attempting to open additional files by point and click simply causes
a waiting spnner to display and the file selected is never opened.  One must
then open additional files from inside the existing libreoffice instance.

Reproduction.  From the mate desktop open the file explorer. Use the mouse
pointed to point and click on a libreoffice type file.  Once libreoffice opens
that file use the mouse to point and click of a different libreoffice type
file.

expected result: Another libreoffice window of the appropriate type displays
the second selected file.

observed result:  mouse pointer changes to a circular wait icon and libreoffice
never opens an additional window.
