This time, I've moved Qt5-related remnants in /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg
manually, so not tested, but what about below limited to Qt* components?

find -L -d -s -x -- /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg/ \( -type d -empty -or -type l
-or -not -type d -atime +4w \) -iname \*qt\* -exec rm -i -r -v -- {} \;

Or if deletion is not wanted and /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg.qt5 is not in
library path,

find -L -d -s -x -- /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg/ \( -type d -empty -or -type l
-or -not -type d -atime +4w \) -iname \*qt\* -exec mv -i -v {}
/usr/local/lib/compat/pkg.qt5 \;

would work, if I understand man pages correctly.
