Let's crowdsource testing by landing. Building locally *without* bumping
PORTREVISION in consumers would be a massive waste of time.
Note, devel/electron25 passes "make patch" while bustage in non-chromium parts
is unlikely. According to the exp-run here only 1 port outside of major
browsers broke.
