The idea is to increase the PORTREVISION to the maximum of all previous values
+ 1 whenever a fix is made affecting all architectures. This would also apply
to security fixes.

Example:
    PORTREVISION=   1,aarch64:2,amd64:3,i386:4
(after a security fix affecting all architectures)
    PORTREVISION=   5
