Possibly, we may need
  *hints for build order, something alike rc.d scripts with rcorder.
  *Make USE_LDCONFIG=yes default and only disabled in conjunction with
   EXTRACT_ONLY or NO_BUILD,
   or forcibly run ldconfig if plist (regardless auto-plist or pkg-plist)
   contains *.so.* files.
  *hardcode /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg in /etc/rc.d/ldconfig like /lib and
/usr/lib,
   but always handled as the last component.
in ports framework and base.
