Ugh, recursive locks. I'm curious how mdio access is supposed to work on iflib
drivers in general.

I wonder how the mii/mdio locking works for iflib drivers that need to attach
phys during probe/attach. I'll need to find an example of that working and find
out how iflib locking during probe/attach works.
