Gleb, based on this request I am in the process of setting up a 15.0 server. 
It takes some time and then has to be put online.  Based on my experience with
this problem the server has to be under load so simply having it running
locally isn't enough.

I'll let you know when it's online -- probably in about a week.  It will then
be a waiting game to see what happens.  It can take weeks for the problem to
occur on v 14.3.
