I cannot find the minimal hardware requirements for the latest FreeBSD versions, but for the 13.0 version, minimum RAM was 96M (https://docs-archive.freebsd.org/doc/13.0-RELEASE/usr/local/share/doc/freebsd/en/books/handbook/bsdinstall-hardware.html).
