It is not possible to use DHCP flag with bridge, because bridge never emits
LINK_UP event nor media-type and thus dhclient service is never started from
/etc/devd/dhclient.conf

I have verified that for regular ethernet card following trigger will fire from
/etc/devd/dhclient.conf

notify 0 {
        match "system"          "IFNET";
        match "type"            "LINK_UP";
        media-type              "ethernet";
        action "service dhclient quietstart $subsystem";
};
