Packet loss - Bhyve vm while doing starting and stopping

Hi,

while doing start and stop bhyve VMs packets were dropped on the interface.

I have two interfaces as below and packet drop is for igb0 and is a
member of bhyve bridge.

I saw a few bugs with igb, not sure if this is the same also.
