What does

ping6 -n ff02::1%<ifname>
and
ping6 -n ff02::2%<ifname>

Say? Can you try this on all and each interfaces of all FreeBSD host or
guests?

If any of them return anything (which is not just the one that is themselves
for the first one) please let us know which type of interface and where in the
hierarchy.

Also on FreeBSD, what do

ndp -rn
and
ndp -pn

say? They may have historic information about "expired".

That all said, bridges used to be special wen it came to IPv6; I don't know if
this was changed in more recent times. kp@ might know.

That more said, I do not know how your em0 and the three bridges (of which only
one seems to have members) are connected to each other given you put it all on
the same (external) subnet?
