(In reply to Kevin Bowling from comment #43)

root@gate:~ # ifconfig igb0
igb0: flags=8863<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> metric 0 mtu 1500
        description: WAN-uplnk

options=4e120bb<RXCSUM,TXCSUM,VLAN_MTU,VLAN_HWTAGGING,JUMBO_MTU,VLAN_HWCSUM,WOL_MAGIC,VLAN_HWFILTER,RXCSUM_IPV6,TXCSUM_IPV6,NOMAP>

The router I opened the PR upon is now running 13-STABLE and the above ifconfig
result line indicates, that the same hardware is now operating as expected.
This seems also true for 14-CURRENT. I can not speak for any flavour of 12,
since I don't use this version any more.

I'm free to close the PR.

Thank you very much for solving the problem and making FreeBSD better!

Kind regards,

oh
