[Bug 298482] textproc/libebml version 1.4.7 fails to build

That happens on the oficial builders too, as seen in fallout[0].

The more important part of the log seems to be:

CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:51 (find_package):
  By not providing "Findutf8cpp.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project has
  asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by "utf8cpp", but
  CMake did not find one.

  Could not find a package configuration file provided by "utf8cpp" with any
  of the following names:

    utf8cppConfig.cmake
    utf8cpp-config.cmake

  Add the installation prefix of "utf8cpp" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set
  "utf8cpp_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files.  If
  "utf8cpp" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has
  been installed.


So cmake can't figure out, that utf8cpp is installed in /usr/local and needs
help for that. Additionally it seems that utf8cpp is just headers and no
libary, so the libebml CMakeFile seems to do wrong stuff when utf8cpp isn't
found. Maybe just setting  utf8cpp_FOUND  in the environment is enought, as the
headers are found, even though the   find_package(utf8cpp)   fails.
