I am closing this bug because libavcodec/codec_internal.h is an internal ffmpeg
header that is deliberately not installed as part of the public API. The ffmpeg
port has been updated to 8.0.1 since this report, and no other users have
requested this header. Software needing internal headers should build against
the ffmpeg source tree directly.
