I'm fine with svt-av1, but I don't see the point in adding svt-hevc to the
infrastructure. Since multimedia/svt-hevc is deprecated and nothing depends on
multimedia/gstreamer1-plugins-svt-hevc, I think this plugin should be put up
for swift removal.
