Licensing? both fdk-aac and exhale have non-standard licensing. fdk-aac
required payment for commercial use. I have read the exhale license and it
looks good, though IANAL. It is ot supported by ffmpeg. Not sure if this is a
huge issue, but if I was unable to use fdk-aac, it would be at least a minor
issue for me. I admit that I have not used faac for around two decades as my
personal, non-commercial use of fdk-aac complies with the their license.
