Another problem I observed is that these problems are not always the same, it
looks like either hardware setup is non-linear (sometimes problems occur
sometimes not or different intensity) - either BIOS is setting things up
different way or does something behind runtime or the kernel initialization of
hardware may be different each time? o_O

I have changed these sysctl's runtime to see impact runtime is that okay?

sysctl machdep.idle_mwait=0 does not help maybe more clicks :-(

With sysctl machdep.idle_mwait=1 I have:
