For me sound plays okay from the console with no Xorg and no
PulseAudio on ALC1220 (i.e. ocp-curses module.xm) no clicks no
interruptions.. but the system is not loaded and the IO is correlated
with audio distortions (visually too but there are less annoying).

Will try running Xorg on SCFB without nvidia module loaded in a free
moment and report back.

Will try to get back my old RX580 for testing but this may take ~2
weeks to see how Xorg behaves on AMDGPU.
