Patch for vcdimager

Unbreak with libxml2 2.14+

One unit test fails, also true with a fresh unpatched tree.

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 14.2-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make
check-plist, make test)

Tested with "Patch for libxml2 v20 (CMake)" in PR 279705
