They're redudant (as we already pull in FFmpeg), 
libplacebo and libva are disabled on purpose (see comments)
Messing around with CFLAGS (optimizations) isn't necessary as I can't see any
difference in performance and most intensive work is done in external libraries
anyway which we already are good at optimizing.
