Hello Alexander,

You've probably seen it somewhere in the freebsd-desktop@ mailing list, but I
will hold off porting SOF for now, as it is apparently a very big undertaking,
for seemingly little benefit. It seems like there are not _that_ many laptops
that need it. I am aware it is unfortunate that one of them is yours, though.

Hopefully we can found a non-SOF workaround. We should at least figure out the
correct ALC number to define it in snd_hda and maybe support it partially.
