Mikael chose to not include these patches directly into the ports repo, but 
fetch them from github in the Makefile - so audio/jack *should* build fine 
*without* any additional patches since mid-february. At least on the ports 
repo main branch. Are you on a quarterly branch?

If that doesn't answer your question, please elaborate on what exact state of 
arch / ports repo / local patches we're talking about.
