AR9341 I2S support

Hi

AR9341 default register is I2C_WORD_SIZE is 0. It's mean 32fs bit clock.
This setting can't work PCM1796 default.

I add sysctl mib for I2C_WORD_SIZE.

PCM1796 is good sound at 64fs.
