QCA8337 support on etherswitch

Hi

I try QCA8337 on Comcerto 2000/NetBSD based on FreeBSD/etherswitch.

I do HW reset and set up QCA8337. 

I do set PORT0_PAD_CTRL and PORT6_PAD_CTRL same as etherswitch.
But not work.

I find this comment on Google Fiber code.

I think some target's u-boot is set PORT5_PAD_CTRL.
