Solved: AR8327 problem

Hi

I found reason.

This module need set PORT0_STATUS(0x7c) to 0x10ce.

Current arswitch_8327.c not support FLOW_LINK_EN_0(12) and TX_HALF_FLOW_EN_0(7).

I do set by etherswitch command this value.

Also change to rt driver is giga mode. That is I remember my last RT2880 support.
