I am closing this bug because java/linux-oracle-jdk18 depends on CentOS 7
packages (x11/linux-c7-xorg-libs) which reached EOL on June 30, 2024, and the
vault URLs now return 404. The port already carries a DEPRECATED notice
acknowledging CentOS 7 EOL. This is a known limitation with no fix path.
