The error seems already to be known and fixed: * https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8247766 * https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8266885 Though, the port maintainer needs to take a look whether the patch is in the BSD port and why it still crashes.
