ASLR was turned on by default on -CURRENT. All the java ports are affected if they are built with a -CURRENT system.

FWIW, the bootstrap just works on the AWS hardware I stand up for aarch64.  Although that is also where I built the bootstrap images.  If someone has some different hardware that would be preferable?

Maybe with a conditional on aarch64.
