status of syd mirror

Hello,

It appears that the syd package mirror is serving up incorrectly. I am
getting multiple failures similar to the one below. kul mirror does
not show the same issue on repeated testing.

Also is this mirror set to throttle? I am testing out some jail build
scripts so I am repeatedly downloading and installing and am seeing a
sudden drop off of speed.
