in the ports tree as of 15:30 4 Feb (US Eastern time; 20:30 UTC) in
/usr/ports/Makefile there appears on line 1009:

  SUBDIR += hs-spago

However there's no directory /usr/ports/devel/hs-spago .

/usr/ports/MOVED claims on line 5108 that devel/hs-spago became devel/spago
which DOES exist, but does not appear in /usr/ports/devel/Makefile.

The solution appears to be removing "hs-" from line 1009 of
/usr/ports/devel/Makefile .
